Personal Use/Digital Scrapbooking TOU:
- You MAY use my designs for your OWN
scrapbook pages and projects, blog layout including hybrid art or paper
scrapbooking.
- You MAY incorporate these images into your own original art work and publish, display your work in any media, galleries, forums, blogs, as long as you include credit back to me Sweet Graphix Design & Photography and/or www.sweetgraphixdesignandphotography.com
- You MAY copy my files to any external hard drive and/or computer that are owned and used expressly by YOU for digital scrapbooking purposes, this does not include computers that are used by other digital scrappers or people who would use our designs other than your immediate family (Spouse, Children living in the same
household)
- You MAY make DVD or CD backups of my files to store solely for your own use. These backups may not be shared with any other person.

You MAY use these files as part of a creation in a digital scrapbook kit
for sale/free.

The total items used should not exceed 30% of Sweet Graphix
Design & Photography 's
products per kit/set you design, unless it is alpha templates to create your
own alpha.

You may NOT use these items for anything other than digital scrapbooking
without written permission AND/OR the purchase of an additional commercial
license. This includes use in photography materials, printed products
such as announcements, Cafe Press products, etc.

You may NOT create other products you will sell for CU/designer

Extended Professional Use License (available in the store for $45
and is a 1 time, lifetime fee)
This license is offered for those with small home
based businesses (i.e. creating blog templates, announcements, invitations,
etc.) If you plan on creating a NEW item with any of my designs, you are
required to deliver your work in a flattened/merged JPEG, PDF file.
- You MAY use products from Sweet Graphix Design
& Photography as such in your business marketing business cards, web sites,
or business identity in completed format.
- You MAY resize, recolor or add other graphics to
the products purchased at Sweet Graphix Design & Photography
- You MAY use products purchased at Sweet Graphix
Design & Photography as a part of your own, derived artwork.
- You MAY use products from Sweet Graphix Design
& Photography for ‘scrap for hire’ projects. Images must be flattened before
providing digital copies for reproduction.
- you MAY NOT use my designs as a part of any type
of freebie or free item
- you MAY NOT use my designs as a part of web
design
- you MAY NOT use my designs for mass production or
any printed items over 50 copies

Photographer Use License
This license is offered for those with professional
photography businesses that would like to purchase and use my digital
scrapbooking items in products of their own. You may create
announcements, cards, and other products for CLIENTS, but you are required to
deliver your work in a flattened/merged JPEG, PDF file. This license does
NOT include any other items, kits, elements, and papers must be purchased
separately.
- You MAY use products from Sweet Graphix Design
